Description

• Responsible for hands-on project management across multiple business applications and integrations in various states of the Software Development Life Cycle. • Possess 8 or more years of experience managing projects in the software industry. • Work closely with business customers and the internal team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Able to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with both business and development teams. • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable with initially undefined projects. • Deliver value-based innovation for cloud applications. • Develop a customized Technology Blueprint to fully understand our customers’ business objectives. • Deliver innovative technology applications carefully designed to help our customers achieve quick ROI and greater user engagement. • Specialize in QuickBase development, QuickBase consulting, cloud integration, and several other leading process improvements platforms such as Low Code No Code and MS Power Apps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the software industry. • Self-driven, independent, and accountable. • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and an intense desire to succeed. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Able to vet business and technical requirements. • Willing to learn from and freely share knowledge with others, and comfortable participating in cross-functional teams. • Able to work independently or on a team, and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Natural problem solver with a strong awareness of risk. • Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge. • Proactively identify opportunities for client upsell. • Able to learn QuickBase and/or other current technologies the company is using to create solutions for clients. • Experience with Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies. • Experience with Process-driven applications.

Benefits

• Salary of $80,000 to $110,000 • Medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), PTO and sick time
