• Collaborate with stakeholders on product strategy. • Drive product discovery and market research. • Enable services aligned with company strategy. • Deliver product and service releases on-time and on-budget. • Work with Engineering teams to design scalable platform components. • Serve as the expert on payment and transaction services. • Define key metrics for offering success.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful product / service portfolio management with a focus in the following areas: • Merchant Processing vendors and ecosystems • Visa/MC/Amex ecosystems and regulations • Dynamic card descriptors • Network transaction ID • Chargebacks • PCI compliance • Card account updater • Authorization optimization • Batch card processing • Payment tokenization • Utilized a structured process for complex roadmaps planning • Experience performing market studies, competitive analysis, including, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, market studies; and identifying product value proposition and market differentiation. • Capability to think commercially to drive business cases, product packaging strategies and margin improvement. • Proven competence in project management • Successfully interfaced with suppliers/customer/sales facing teams • Experience in commercialization of software-as-a-service and BPO solutions
