Description
• Looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage the recruiting process and drive strategy. • Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to welcoming new hires. • Use ATS (Greenhouse) as a collaboration tool to improve recruitment efficiencies. • Ensure amazing candidate experience with empathy and understanding.
Requirements
• 8+ years of agency and in-house recruitment experience • Demonstrated technical sourcing and recruiting experience with collaboration • High velocity recruitment experience for a tech startup; Cybersecurity experience ideal • Experience hiring across software engineering with emphasis on Front-End and Back-End Engineers
