Description
• Present and promote Victory products using our presentation and knowledge to existing and prospective customers • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and customer service • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the homeowners' needs • Relationship management skills and ability to take constructive criticism
