• Provide legal advice on global legislative, regulatory, and other developments • Monitor global regulations and provide proactive guidance • Handle responses to law enforcement requests and regulatory information requests • Advise operations teams on legal questions around content removals • Develop and improve scalable training materials and workflows • Organize and lead cross-functional teams to implement new compliance initiatives
• Admitted to practice law in NY (or have the ability to be admitted as authorized in-house counsel in NY) • 5+ years of legal experience, including government, in-house and/or law firm experience advising technology companies • Working knowledge of legal issues relating to platform liability, including the DMCA, DSA, and EU Copyright Directive • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail, influencing, and problem resolution skills
