Description
• Design and implement robust data solutions to support various business needs. • Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and schema design. • Lead the modernization of existing data architecture, implementing the latest technologies and methodologies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of data architecture experience, focusing on cloud technologies. • Proven experience with database optimization and relational data modeling. • Experience designing and scaling highly available operational and transactional databases. • Hands-on experience with CloudSQL and Google Spanner is highly preferred. • Experience in modernizing data architectures and leading migrations to advanced database technologies. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database performance tuning. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
