Description
• Lead the design and optimization of web and landing pages across mobile and desktop to create a best-in-class user experience that exceeds conversion benchmarks. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Partner with growth and product marketing teams to understand the needs of our customer. • Lead and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards. • Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and optimize the user journey. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly within the SaaS sector.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in UX design, specifically within enterprise SaaS businesses. • Proven track record of designing and optimizing web and landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversion. • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process, user research, and design solutions. • Experience with designing and optimizing conversion funnels to improve user acquisition and retention. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better collaborate with developers. • Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on UX design. • Proficiency in design tools such as, Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, or similar. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to design.
