Description

•Go through emails that customers send and answer them and respond to any questions or issues they have with their order through writing.

Requirements

•High school degree or equivalent. •Good with people and have strong communication skills. •Good customer service skills over the phone and in writing. •Basic computer skills required with Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs / Sheets). •Strong problem solving ability. •Able to stay polite with people and really address their issues in a time sensitive manner. •We are really looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and stay long term. •Past phone or call center experience is a plus.
