Description

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy • Build and lead the product management team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of excellence • Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product requirements • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-quality, user-centric products • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform product optimizations and enhancements • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in healthcare technology • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform product strategy and differentiation

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the tech or healthtech industry • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles • Experience working in an agile development environment • Experience in healthcare, particularly digital health and health data • General understanding of machine learning technologies and products • Excellent communication and presentation skills
