Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy • Valid New York State PT or OT License • Minimum of five years’ practice • Proficiency in workplace ergonomics, public health, and safety • Competence with digital tools including Microsoft Office and EMR systems • Exceptional communication abilities • Ability to operate independently
