• Lead a team of Integrators and Designers to improve end-to-end process, quality and TAT's • Set quality standards and best practice build processes for Custom WordPress sites • Manage resources and tasks across the team • Track and manage projects to ensure they are completed by the deadlines • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration • Encourage creativity and constant improvement • Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary • Must have knowledge on Wordpress Beaver Editor • Must have 5 years of experience with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as TeamLead/Coordinator • Good exposure on Photoshop, HTMLS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Wordpress and Jquery • Hands on experience with markup languages • Good exposure on "PSD to HTML conversion" • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) • Understanding of design aesthetics • Familiarity with softwares like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills • Graduates in Computer Science/IT • Should be flexible with any shift timings and Male candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift

Requirements
