Description
• Answering customer questions about our products and services. • Responding to alerts and issues with our platform • Identifying problems and causes • Coordinating with other departments to resolve problems • Resolving customer complaints • Maintaining our customer platform
Requirements
• Experience with Linux Commandline • Basic knowledge of enterprise networking • The ability to interact with customers in a professional manner • Excellent communication skills • Most importantly, an ability to learn and desire to grow
