Description

• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems using Golang and Ruby • Lead the technical direction of projects, making critical decisions on architecture and design • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and services • Ensure code quality, sustainability, and scalability through code reviews, mentoring, and best practices • Drive innovation by exploring, recommending, and implementing new technologies and frameworks • Address and improve any technical issues, tech debt, or bugs in a timely manner • Provide leadership and mentorship to software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Golang, Ruby, and related technologies

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Golang and/or Ruby, including deep knowledge of their ecosystems • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems • Proven track record in architecting and developing scalable, high-availability systems • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to challenges • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks
