Description

• Strengthen our relationships with external contacts vendors through day-to-day management and support • Become Warby Parker’s resident expert on all things that drive retention and loyalty • Work cross-functionally to drive the strategic development, planning, and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and processes in partnership with our external contacts vendors and Warby Parker’s Growth, Brand, and Retail teams • Partner with the Operations legs of our Retail and Vision Services teams to develop in-store and doctor-focused programs that support business growth, such as selling strategies, trainings, virtual education sessions, and our annual OD and Store Leader Summit • Work with our Brand team to bring our product offering to life in our marketing, including go-to-market strategy, email messaging, and product selection for marketing assets • Act as liaison between Operations teams and our partners to ensure our retail stores and exam rooms are set up for success • Manage our team’s relationships with Warby Parker’s Retail & CX Communications teams and effectively message contacts to our customer-facing employees through communication updates, strategies, and trainings

Requirements

• Backed by 5+ years of experience in a client/vendor-facing and strategic role in retail, consumer products, or healthcare (e.g., management consulting, account/client management, project management) • Experienced in working on programming to drive customer loyalty and retention • Always on top of things and unflappably professional • A crystal-clear communicator, both in writing and in person, who’s experienced in direct client management and comfortable leading cross-functional teams • Equipped with effective project management and communication skills (your operational standards for budgets, calendars, timelines, and efficiencies are sky-high!) • Extremely detail-oriented—you’ll be the final gatekeeper for partner deliverables, so a keen eye for detail is a must • A strategic thinker who understands business strategy • Proactive and comfortable working through uncertainty • Proficient with G Suite and/or Microsoft Office • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
