Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to set the annual event strategy and budget. • Work with stakeholders to create detailed plans for each event, managing the entire planning and execution process from start to finish. • Developing the overall event strategy. • Securing sponsorships. • Aligning booth and merchandise design. • Coordinating and negotiating with external vendors and service providers. • Managing logistics and timelines. • Promoting event participation through marketing. • Tracking and analyzing event expenses and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing events and event marketing for a B2B or SaaS company • Strong organizational and project management skills • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proven ability to plan and execute with many moving parts • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experience developing and managing budgets effectively
