Description

• Support youth and staff with crisis intervention and behavior management support during recess time • Model and encourage positive culture in all daily activities • Assist in communication about youth behavior to parents and guardians • Complete incident reports and follow up with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner • Participate in weekly professional development and tactical training

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience working with groups of youth in grades K-8 • Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders • Fluency in spoken Spanish strongly preferred
