Description

• Demonstrate ownership of individual workstreams with minimal supervision • Complete ownership for the end-to-end process of engaging stakeholders for design sessions and requirements gathering • Produce high quality, production level code • Proactively communicate progress and roadblocks to senior team members • Contribute to proposal development and identify ways to improve proposal quality • Assist Partners in preparation for pitches • Support in the development of Firm Contribution areas • Engagement in Firm initiatives such as marketing and client pitches • Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders • Independently manage deliverables with little oversight • Explain technical concepts to non-technical audience or senior executives • Willingness to travel up to 20% • Ability to work in an office and remote environment • Commitment to living MERU's values and core characteristics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university • 3+ years of business intelligence or data analytics experience • Previous experience in data and analytics consulting or a client-facing role • Strong knowledge and delivery experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or any other data visualization tools • Working knowledge of ETL tools like Power Query, Azure Data Factory, FiveTran, Stitch, Alteryx, and languages like SQL, Python, or R • Relevant certifications associated with business intelligence tools • Experience in mentoring junior analysts and leading cross-functional teams • Ability to assist with internal firm initiatives • Effective communication skills • 'Roll up your sleeves' mentality • Authorization to work in the United States • Willingness to travel up to 20% • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment • Commitment to living MERU's values and core characteristics
