Description

• Exhibit extreme ownership in all day-to-day activities for engagements • Ownership and accountability for developing the overall work plan • Drive change proactively and independently • Maintain current and create new relationships with key accounts • Actively participate in the recruiting process for all levels of team members • Oversee large pieces of the Firm’s knowledge agenda

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking, management consulting, and/or corporate positions with a financial or accounting focus • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate business program • MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred but not required • Experience working with private equity funds with $5B+ AUM • Complete understanding and ability to create high-level financial models, demonstrate expert-level skill in PowerPoint • Confident and efficient speaker, presenter, and writer • Demonstrated ability to interact and work collaboratively with junior and senior team members • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build impactful client relationships • Professional, impartial, and independent attitude with a high degree of integrity • Ability to own and lead internal firm initiatives • Ability to travel (<30-60%) based on client and business needs • Authorization to work in the United States
