Description
• As part of the Developer Productivity team, responsible for building and enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of Whatnot’s engineering teams • Maintain an efficient CI/CD pipeline to help developers ship the software faster and safer in a structured environment • Build local environment tooling to enable the engineering team to build and test product features swiftly and safely •Work with the engineering team to get services deployed across different environments • Implement and optimize developer workflow to reduce friction and increase productivity • Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of developer productivity or similar experience • Previous experience at a hyper-growth startup • Prior experience in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP) using Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Terraform • Expert knowledge of various CI/CD workflows • Exceptional coding skills and the ability to ship lightning-fast. • Excellent communication and writing skills
