• Oversees the entire customer service experience from setting appointments to finalizing bills • Greets, establishes, and maintains positive rapport with customers • Assists customers in determining needs and promotes products accordingly • Estimates cost of repair and prepares itemized service orders • Develops a keen understanding of all products and services • Maintains good communication and follows up after work is completed • Understands customer needs and exceeds expectations daily • Complies with all company policies and procedures

Requirements
