• Provide high-level tax advice and strategic planning to individuals and businesses • Analyze financial situations and identify tax-saving opportunities • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations • Represent clients in tax audits and other proceedings
Requirements
• JD or LLM degree in Taxation • Active CPA license • Minimum of 5 years experience as a tax attorney, CPA, or tax strategist • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work effectively with clients and professionals • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
