Description
• At Writer, we are seeking a skilled technical writer to join our dynamic team, focusing on creating clear and concise developer documentation for our new product, Writer AI Studio - a suite of development tools that make it fast and east to build feature-rich AI apps on our Writer platform. • This role is crucial for ensuring that our internal and external stakeholders, including software developers and technical staff, understand and effectively use our products and services.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field • 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail • Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other documentation tools
