Description

• Actively engage with residential customers to understand their internet and telecommunications needs. • Promote Skywire Networks' products and services to potential customers through various sales techniques. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company. • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. • Knowledge of internet and telecommunications products and services is a plus. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other customer service tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
