• Entry-level position in the Customer Success team • Assist in adoption, implementation, usage, and growth of Tachyon SaaS in the US market • Client-facing role working closely with senior stakeholders within US banking organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Business/Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar field • <3 years of experience in a technical function • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Stakeholder management skills preferred
