Description
• Lead the Zeta specialty programming across our schools • Create specialty processes to ensure high-quality learning experiences that enable students to explore their passions • Design systems with a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all students receive excellent specialty programming • Manage after school programming to ensure learning continues beyond the school day • Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and systems to create increasingly higher quality learning experiences • Collaborate effectively with external vendors as needed to ensure high-quality experiences that ensure specialty learning expands beyond our schools • Develop authentic and meaningful relationships with Zeta staff to support growth in service of student learning • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years of experience
