Description
• Searching for an Associate Director of Supply Chain • Design and lead end-to-end strategic planning and design • Lead and execute purchase of key material categories • Lead supplier sourcing, price and contract negotiation • Manage inventory and movement of inventory across school and warehouse locations • Develop written policies and procedures to improve efficiency • Continually drive down the cost of purchasing, distributing, and handling goods • Manage cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders • Wear multiple hats as part of a lean startup team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain management • Experience with supply chain in schooling organizations is preferred • Creative, problem-solving mindset • Disciplined focus on scalable processes • Interest in education
