• Develop an organization-wide technology strategy that aligns with Zeta’s mission • Design and implement technology systems used by school teams • Ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure • Oversee the systems for technology hardware management • Develop the technology budget and oversee procurement processes • Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of technology systems • Oversee support technicians for service provision • Organize professional development for staff • Manage relationships with vendors • Support the work of others on the team
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 5-10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in an IT related field
