Description
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists within the Search team • Collaborate with business partners (product, engineering, marketing, sales) • Work on core Search product offerings such as Provider Recommendation System • Use machine learning algorithms to build and implement models
Requirements
• 10+ years of data analysis experience with Master’s/PhD in relevant field • Proven track record of leading data science initiatives on product • Ability to mentor other data scientists • Expertise in SQL, NoSQL databases, statistics, and machine learning • Strong understanding of data engineering and experiment design • Bonus: Strong understanding of learning-to-rank recommendation systems
