Analyze risk for Galaxy's digital asset market strategies.

• Utilize on-chain information to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance risk management practices
• Develop and oversee advanced risk analytics and modeling techniques specific to digital assets, enhancing risk measurement and reporting capabilities
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and scenario analyses tailored to digital asset markets, evaluating the potential impact of market, regulatory, and technological changes on the portfolio
• Design and implement innovative quantitative strategies, models, and policies for market risk management, focusing on identifying, measuring, and managing market-related risks such as interest rate, currency, equity, and commodity risks, while considering the unique aspects of digital assets, including volatility, liquidity, and regulatory factors
• Assist in the development and maintenance of systems to calculate risk metrics
• Writing and sharing market color

• Capstone’s 2025 Summer Internship is a 10 week summer program. You will be given a project that is both educational and a value add to the business, at the end of the summer you will present your project to the senior leadership team. Throughout the program you will attend educational sessions given by senior leadership, we will host team building exercises and encourage relationship building with the firm. At the end of the summer, we will have a send-off lunch to close out the program and thank you for all your hard work. The Risk Management Team is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and managing the risks of the firm. The Team identifies, quantifies, evaluates, and reports the risks which result from trading strategies across all asset classes. It works closely with trading and technology teams to create and maintain tools for risk management and analytics, to make managers aware of existing and potential risks to the firm and its investors.
