Description

• Own the creation of monthly / quarterly financial performance decks and lead presentations for the Executive team • Work closely with the Manager of Strategic Finance to build budgets and forecasts for teams across the company • Support monthly check-ins with various team leaders so they can understand department-specific and overall business performance • Update company models with monthly actual metrics and help forecast future performance • Prepare materials for the Board of Directors and investors

Requirements

• You have 1-2 years of experience working in an FP&A, Accounting, or Finance adjacent role, with business operations-related work a plus • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or another business major • You have strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint • You have keen analytical skills, with the ability and resilience to go deep into the details • You have the ability to state ideas clearly and concisely, and to be able to admit a mistake • You are comfortable with ambiguity and multiple, changing priorities • You have familiarity with and passion for e-commerce, marketplaces, furniture, and / or design
