• Own high profile customer relationships • Ensure customer adoption delivers measurable results • Create a culture of customer success at 6sense • Manage customer onboarding, product rollout, and training • Work closely with customers to generate positive ROI

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience in high tech or SaaS • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams • Led projects from conception to closure and experience leveraging internal resources • Familiarity with marketing tech stack: Marketing Automation, digital marketing technologies, CRM • Strong analytical and communication skills
