• The Director of Patient & Community Educators (PACE) oversees a national team for education. • Engage caregivers and ensure strategic direction based on market insights. • Facilitate alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders to meet objectives. • Develop training and onboarding for new team members and manage evolution of the team. • Manage insight generation and synthesis from caregiver interactions related to Rett syndrome. • Participate in annual brand planning and tactical planning for PACE-led activities. • Establish targeted work plans for regional team members and deliver on key objectives.
• Customer-facing or field leadership experience (required). • Experience leading a team to achieve organizational goals. • Patient-centric mentality with high emotional intelligence and empathy. • Experience in patient education, clinical settings, pharmacy, or community health education (preferred). • Rare disease experience (strongly preferred). • Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations related to patient privacy. • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and comfort around senior/executive leadership. • Demonstrated history of successful cross-functional collaboration. • Strong leadership skills, ability to perform in fast-paced environments, and influence without authority. • Ability to present ideas effectively to various audiences. • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines and changing situations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal flexibility. • This is a field-based role requiring approximately 60% local/regional travel, including weekends. Proximity to a major airport within the territory is essential to ensure quick connectivity to air transport hubs.
