Description

• Support our Director of Architect Experience to build lasting relationships with small to mid-size architecture firms working with Acelab • Collaborate with our customer support and research team to provide a quality experience and deliver clear outcomes for our architect accounts • Provide a smooth onboarding experience for partners through our proprietary material audit and library implementation process • Create strong, ongoing relationships via regular check-ins with small to mid-size partners to learn about their product, project, and library needs • Drive connections between architecture firms and building product manufacturers • Collaborate with product and material research teams to share feedback & improve user experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in AEC, project delivery, or project management in the US • 2+ years of full-time customer support or account management experience • Basic understanding of how architects research, detail, and specify building products • Appetite and excitement for business development roles • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset • Solid organizational, follow-up, and relationship management skills
