Description

• Play a key role in driving business growth for employee engagement strategies • Guide enterprise-level clients to foster a culture of recognition and performance • Build relationships with senior decision-makers to educate on employee engagement value • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on goals • Manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets through disciplined strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space • Bachelor's degree • Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals • Are a hunter with a keen passion for net-new sales • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite • Are a self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment • Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects in sales cycles previously. - Proficiency using the following (or similar sales technology); Salesforce, Outreach and the Microsoft Suite
