• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. • Develop tailored account strategies that align with company objectives, and execute these plans to drive account growth and revenue targets. • Lead negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits. • Seek new sales opportunities within existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling. • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market conditions, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback. • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to ensure high standards of service and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ Years in B2B Sales or Business Development • Proven Track Record with High-Value Accounts • Experience with CRM and Sales Automation Technologies • Customer Insights and Market Research
