• Ensuring software and associated equipment is deployed, commissioned and supported into airports across the US
• Assisting with training on-site IT teams how to troubleshoot issues
• Delivering on-site product troubleshooting training
• Providing technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Work with ticketing systems to document issues and resolutions
• Ensure logged support tickets are reviewed and escalated as required
• Assist with deployment of software updates and patching
