Description

• The Vice President of Client Implementations & Operational Effectiveness is responsible for leading a team of highly talented Implementation and Program Managers focused on new client implementations, strategic programs and infrastructure development, and claims operations management for AffirmedRx. • This individual will provide strategic oversight and delivery of best-in-class implementation and business improvement strategies and processes. • This leader will accelerate implementation by enhancing and scaling our client implementation process to boost client satisfaction. • Additionally, this leader will develop strategic and collaborative relationships with cross functional business partners in a highly matrixed environment, while delivering high quality client implementation services. • This role will be responsible for leading a team of implementation managers and program managers, including leadership roles as the organization continues to scale in size and complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration required; advanced degree and PMP certification preferred • 15+ years’ leadership experience in healthcare operations and/or PBM implementations, and building and managing high functioning teams required • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills • Lead a diverse team of individuals and ensuring goals, services and projects are completed on time, on quality, on budget • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills • Demonstrated knowledge of process development and continuous improvement skills • Client focused mindset with experience in Client-Facing roles, solving complex customer concerns, managing escalations, and serving as a point of escalation • Experience leading remote teams and working in a remote environment • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with all levels of leadership • Willingness and ability to travel (20%-40%)
