• This position is responsible for providing daily administrative support testing our Workday environment set for go live 4/1/25. • This position will help support the existing payroll management team by pushing forward with UAT/End-to-End/Parrell testing as part of Phase 2 & 3 to ensure accuracy and compliance, allowing existing payroll management to continue to handle day-to-day PeopleSoft production activities when required.

Requirements

• Must have UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 15,000+ employees. • Extensive knowledge of USA Payroll especially compliance rules (FLSA, tax calculations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, costing allocations, running Workday payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes and security rules) • Multi-State/Locality taxation (all 50 states) • EIB transaction data uploads • Audit processing experience to compare configurations and other required information. • Ability to create test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate effectively with existing Workday/KPMG implementation consultants. • Problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives. • Schedule • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST (remote only - can work from anywhere in US) • Experience Level • 10+ years’ experience processing payroll, manager level required. • 7+ years’ Workday SME experience
