Description
• The IT department supports all business applications for AFM-EPF. • Work on tasks in Visual Basic ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, web/desktop development. • Actively participate in team meetings and design discussions. • Manage full development lifecycle of assigned projects. • Troubleshoot and resolve application failures. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • 1 – 3 years working in a team environment as a software developer • 2 + years experience in Visual Basic and ASP .net. • 2+ years experience in Java • Visual SourceSafe and/or Star Team experience • Experience translating technical specifications into multi-tiered application code • Experience in Windows, .Net and WebLogic platforms • Object-oriented experience in Internet and Intranet applications • Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server (Including stored procedures) • Develop GUI based applications (Both web and form based) • Develop SQL stored procedures • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
