• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok to create relevant and engaging content. • Working with brands and stakeholders to bring next level, on point content to life in feed. • Plan and develop social media content to engage and grow a Gen Z audience. • Create comprehensive content plans with brand and audience goals in mind. • Foster engagement through active community management with the audience. • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize our strategy. Including monthly reports on channel performance. • Provide live event coverage, capturing key moments and engaging with the audience in real-time. • Content creation optimized for Instagram stories and reels, delivered quickly on site. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise, including content creation. • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms and their unique features. • Strong community management experience, with the ability to engage and grow online communities. • Passion for sports and an active interest in following and discussing sports-related content. • You are native English speaker and based in New York.
