Description

• Work closely with Director/VP of Partnerships and team members • Hire and manage Channel Sales Specialists • Market mapping of travel agent and telecom retail universe • Onboard and support new partners • Build relationships with store managers/owners • Drive visibility and brand awareness at point of sale • Design and manage eSIM adoption program • Conduct competitive research • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute projects • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual OKRs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail channel sales or business development in the travel or telecom industry • At least 2 years’ experience in hiring and leading a team • Good understanding of the retail (preferably the travel and/or telecom retail) channel in North America • Ability to forge and nurture relationships with stakeholders • Ability to narrate Airalo's unique story • Ability to employ sales techniques • Ability to multi-task • Experience with sales and partnerships tools • Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English
