• 6+ years of experience in Social Media with a proven record of high impact actions and campaigns for SMB or Consumer • Eager to create an internal network of contributors to ensure great post quality, while carrying the knowledge of each platform’s specific cultures & codes • Willing to build a unique voice in a competitive sector, while crafting fascinating stories and impactful, worldwide activations • Feeling connected with the brand platform, mission, and vision • Visionary approach to communications, with a strong attention to detail • Outstanding project management skills, enthusiastic about planning and organization, working well in deadline-oriented environments • International mindset with understanding of global vision and local activation, cultural specificities of markets • Previous agency experience or experience leading in-house social media departments • Knowledge on creating simple formats based on creative templates, using creative software
