Description

• Define partner strategy and develop KPIs • Establish executive-level relationships with key partners • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create partner programs • Monitor and analyze partner performance • Represent Alcion at partner events and conferences to enhance brand presence

Requirements

• Minimum of 5, ideally 10+ years of experience in partnership, channel sales, or business development roles in the tech or cloud services industry • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS, and data protection solutions is a strong plus • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized individual, with the ability to plan, execute, and pay attention to details without losing sight of the company vision and strategy
