• Lead Salesforce Implementations: Architect and oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Experience, Education, Marketing, Service), ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Aleysian’s consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy integrated Salesforce solutions that drive institutional success. • Innovate in Higher Education: Leverage your deep understanding of the higher education sector to design tailored Salesforce solutions that address unique challenges in student engagement, recruitment, and retention. • Integrate Complex Systems: Utilize your expertise to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with AppExchange solutions and external systems, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency for our clients. • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Engage in continuous learning to keep pace with evolving Salesforce technologies, ensuring that Aleysian remains a leader in innovative, technology-driven solutions. • Build Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record across multiple Salesforce clouds (Experience, Education, Marketing, Service). • Experience in the higher education sector is a significant advantage, reflecting Aleysian's commitment to transforming digital experiences within this domain. • Exceptional technical expertise with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and innovative problem-solving skills. • Proven ability in integrating AppExchange solutions and external systems, such as Boomi and Oracle Campus Solutions (Student Information System). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and to translate technical complexities into strategic outcomes. • A passion for continuous learning, staying at the forefront of Salesforce technology to drive client success.
