Description

•Collaborate with product and design teammates to design and implement patient and provider-facing features for our care delivery platform. •Design, implement, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable systems that you and other technical users will leverage. •Support code quality and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and documentation. •Drive continuous improvement in our engineering practices, including code quality, deployment processes, and incident response. •Test and learn as quickly while laying the framework to build a more scalable product over time. •Investigate platform bugs and incidents.

Requirements

•A strong individual contributor with at least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, excited about solving problems through both independent research and collaboration with teammates •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment •Expertise with modern web development frameworks: Backend (Node.js preferred), Frontend (React) •Strong background in AWS ECS, Terraform, and Docker •Experience with GraphQL •Familiar with Github Actions •Comfortable with DataDog Monitoring and Alerting •Familiarity with security best practices •Comfortable driving the adoption of DevOps and/or SRE principles and practices •Experience with end-to-end testing •Excellent collaborator and communicator, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and other engineers
