Description

• Deliver advanced product demos and highlight potential of Alloy Embedded • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in project delivery and closing deals • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers • Act as a liaison between customers, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Several years of solutions engineering experience in a similar role in SaaS • Baseline understanding of computer science principles • Technical background & ability to understand nuances of webhooks, APIs • Experience with frontend JavaScript and backend Node • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects
