Requirements

• Must possess an executive presence and influence decision-makers in the C-suite. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Possesses strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and leverage networks effectively to drive business development initiatives and secure favorable outcomes. • Strong proficiency in business, marketing, and sales techniques, as well as a solid understanding of financial principles related to contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting. • Demonstrate a relentless commitment to excellence, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded at every opportunity. • Skilled in project management, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently while ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives. • Demonstrates a genuine passion for the growth and potential of the company, exhibiting enthusiasm, drive, and a proactive mindset in pursuing opportunities for expansion and success. • Demonstrated track record of driving significant sales growth, managing a $2m+ portfolio of contracts in SaaS or Consultative High Contract Value (HCV) sales. • Highly organized and adept at prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and solving complex problems creatively and collaboratively. • Skilled in conducting software demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our client’s products or services. • Experience and proficiency in utilizing HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.
