Description

• Key role in ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting • Manage and execute financial consolidations for multiple entities • Maintain adherence to accounting standards and company policies • Deliver variance analysis and explanations of financial results • Support and coordinate all audits, ensuring accuracy • Prepare financial covenant compliance reports as required • Review reconciliations and maintain financial records • Assist with tax provisions and compliance efforts • Ensure timely filing of all financial documents • Identify and implement process improvements for reporting accuracy • Stay current on accounting standards and industry best practices • Work closely with cross-functional teams providing financial insights • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred • 5-7 years of experience in accounting, focusing on financial reporting and consolidations • Experience in manufacturing or marketing industry is highly desirable • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting standards • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Experience in omnichannel marketing is preferred • Working knowledge of tax accounting preferred
