• F. Schumacher & Co. is a fast-growing and innovative interior design company. • The Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be a member of the Strategy & Business Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing cost center reporting, and providing comprehensive financial reporting. • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, leadership support, and expense tracking is essential. • This is a Hybrid Role, and you will be based Onsite 3 Days a Week in our beautiful NYC Corporate Headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in financial management and/or analysis or a related field • Experience with Vena or other reporting tools. Power BI / Tableau experience a plus • Experience in cost center reporting, forecasting, and budgeting • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive impact • Comfort navigating ambiguity in an evolving and fast-paced business environment. • A self-starter able to operate autonomously but also work as part of a team. • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, stay organized, and contribute a point-of-view. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and change direction based on business needs • A sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative and be proactive. • Strong time management skills.
