Description
• As a Startup Operations Specialist, you will undertake all activities required to support companies who are using the products built for companies on AngelList, including AngelList Equity and Roll Up Vehicles. Externally, you will be a subject matter expert on our products. Internally, you will manage customer requests, working with our sales, legal, and engineering teams. This is a fast-paced role with the opportunity to collaborate with key players in the venture ecosystem. While you do not need previous financial or investment experience or context, passion for the startup and VC ecosystem is a must.
Requirements
• A deep love of startups and a passion for understanding the infrastructure of venture finance • 2+ years in a product support or operations role, ideally at a FinTech company (Nice to have) • 1+ years in a sales role, ideally at a FinTech company • Superb attention to detail — you need to be able to catch the edge case every time If you don’t tick every box above, we’d still encourage you to apply.
